All Staff Meeting Recap & Gallery

WNCCHS staff convened at the Crowne Plaza on Wednesday, February 26th, for an All Staff Meeting that included presentations on emergency protocols and resilience, as well as a tribute to our retiring CEO, Kim.

The meeting commenced with a lunch, followed by a presentation from Dr. Robinson and Stacie Bridge on In-Office Clinical Emergency Protocols, providing staff with updated information on critical procedures. Dr. Patrick Jeffs of The Resiliency Solution then led a session on building resilience, offering strategies for stress management.

The remaining time was dedicated to celebrating Kim Wagenaar’s incredible impact as she prepares for retirement. We looked back at her six years of leadership, reflecting on the growth and transformation of WNCCHS under her guidance.

Dr. Todd Wallenius and Chris Nidek shared personal remarks about Kim’s leadership and the lasting legacy she leaves behind. To close out the event, Kim shared her own reflections and gratitude with staff.
