Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, team members have the opportunity to apply for a new position for which they meet the qualifications after six months of employment with the organization. For some positions, we have career levels. To advance to another career level, team members must also meet the six-month employment requirement.

  • Full-time team members qualify for benefits on the 30th day of employment.

  • Yes, team members accrue paid time off (PTO), which may be used at employees discretion for illness, vacation, etc. The paid time off benefit is effective after 90 days of employment with WNCCHS.
