Emily McFalls, FNP, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from South University with her MSN in May of 2023 with high honors. She earned her BSN from East Tennessee State University prior to becoming a nurse practitioner and has practiced as a registered nurse for over 17 years.

She has experience in the areas of progressive care, vascular conditions, cardiology, and occupational medicine. Emily was born and raised in McDowell County and brings a deep-rooted commitment to providing high-quality care to her neighbors and fellow community members. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving the youth in her church. Her hobbies include gardening and food preservation.
